1. Infrastructure Usage & SLAs

cPavo guarantees a 99.99% network and power availability SLA across all Gen5 NVMe server nodes. Unscheduled downtime exceeding 0.05% in a billing cycle qualifies for pro-rated service credits.

2. Acceptable Use Policy

Customers agree not to utilize cPavo infrastructure for outbound volumetric denial-of-service (DDoS), open mail relay spamming, or illicit activities. Violations result in immediate account termination.
